Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM
Pay Rate: $17.75/hour

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for creating clean, safe, and welcoming spaces? Tresco, Inc. is seeking a Lead Custodian who’s ready to go beyond the mop—someone who can guide, mentor, and inspire our custodial team to shine every day at WSMR.

• Lead by example – Train, support, and coach custodians in best practices and job skills.

• Team coordination – Foster teamwork and communicate effectively with the Custodian Supervisor.

• Drive impact – Transport custodians to and from WSMR and ensure daily operations meet contract standards.

• Provide guidance – Recommend accommodations, adaptive equipment, and offer technical support.

• Maintain quality – Oversee and perform janitorial duties including restroom cleaning, trash removal, floor care, and more.

• Track success – Maintain reports and documentation daily, weekly, and monthly.

• Adapt and grow – Take on special projects and contribute to a supportive, inclusive workplace.

• Education: High School diploma or GED

• Experience: 6+ months in janitorial services

• License: Valid driver’s license required

• Security: Must be able to obtain and maintain NACI clearance

• Character: Responsible, team-oriented, detail-focused, and able to work independently

Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
