Note: The compensation range noted above represents the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range.

We’re excited to welcome an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join HMC Kidney Associates, a well-established and growing nephrology practice. What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll work closely with physicians and care teams to provide high-quality care to patients with kidney-related conditions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing patient evaluations, including pre-operative histories and physicals

  • Educating patients on procedures, treatment plans, and ongoing care

  • Managing and monitoring treatment plans within your scope of practice

  • Prescribing medications and therapies in collaboration with physicians

  • Supporting preventive care, health maintenance, and patient counseling

  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation

  • Collaborating with the care team to ensure smooth patient flow and coordination

  • Participating in ongoing training, education, and quality improvement efforts

What We’re Looking For
  • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with current Massachusetts licensure

  • NCCPA certification (for PAs)

  • At least 3 years of clinical experience

  • Nephrology experience preferred

  • Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills

  • Comfort working with adult and geriatric patients in a diverse community
