Provide strategic leadership across IT, HR, Marketing, and Office Operations, ensuring each function is aligned, well-supported, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Information Technology (IT):
Guide innovation, infrastructure, and cybersecurity while driving automation and data-driven decision-making.
Human Resources (HR):
Support a people-first strategy focused on growth, engagement, and a strong ownership culture.
Marketing:
Ensure brand, communications, and go-to-market support align with business growth goals and strategic initiatives.
Office Operations:
Ensure a consistent, high-quality workplace experience across teams and locations.
- Champion continuous improvement and smarter ways of working
- Streamline processes and maximize resources
- Build scalable systems that support long-term growth
- Establish clear policies, standards, and controls
- Partner across teams to support compliance and mitigate risk
- Ensure strong vendor and systems governance
- Help shape budgets and investment priorities
- Balance cost-conscious decision-making with service quality and employee experience
- Align resources to drive meaningful business outcomes
You’ll lead and develop shared services leaders while fostering a collaborative, ownership-driven culture:
- Build alignment and accountability across teams
- Coach and develop high-performing leaders
- Create clarity in priorities and decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results
- Strong communicator who can influence, align, and execute
- You lead with integrity and build trust
- You think like an owner and act with accountability
- You thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- You embrace change and bring others along with you
- You inspire people with vision, clarity, and purpose
This role is primarily office-based with occasional travel for collaboration, client visits, and company events.
