What You’ll DoLead & Elevate Shared Services

Provide strategic leadership across IT, HR, Marketing, and Office Operations, ensuring each function is aligned, well-supported, and delivering measurable outcomes.

Information Technology (IT):
Guide innovation, infrastructure, and cybersecurity while driving automation and data-driven decision-making.

Human Resources (HR):
Support a people-first strategy focused on growth, engagement, and a strong ownership culture.

Marketing:
Ensure brand, communications, and go-to-market support align with business growth goals and strategic initiatives.

Office Operations:
Ensure a consistent, high-quality workplace experience across teams and locations.

Drive Operational Excellence
  • Champion continuous improvement and smarter ways of working
  • Streamline processes and maximize resources
  • Build scalable systems that support long-term growth
Strengthen Governance & Risk Management
  • Establish clear policies, standards, and controls
  • Partner across teams to support compliance and mitigate risk
  • Ensure strong vendor and systems governance
Own Financial & Resource Strategy
  • Help shape budgets and investment priorities
  • Balance cost-conscious decision-making with service quality and employee experience
  • Align resources to drive meaningful business outcomes
Leadership & Team Impact

You’ll lead and develop shared services leaders while fostering a collaborative, ownership-driven culture:

  • Build alignment and accountability across teams
  • Coach and develop high-performing leaders
  • Create clarity in priorities and decision-making
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results
  • Strong communicator who can influence, align, and execute

Work Environment
