The RoleLeads and develops a multi-level operations team, building engagement, capability, and accountability, driving consistent execution and continuous improvement. This role partners cross-functionally with departments such as Accounting, Human Resources, Customer Success, and IT to align strategy and day-to-day decisions in support of operational priorities and organizational goals. This position is full time and in the office during regular business hours.Job FunctionsLead and develop a multi-level operations team, coaching supervisors, setting expectations, and driving engagement, accountability, and performanceSupport consistent quality and productivity across operations, through oversight of leaders and their teamsCollaborate with senior leadership to build and maintain operational policies, procedures, and workflows that support efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Human Resources, Customer Success, Training, and IT to align priorities, resolve issues, and support operational decision-makingProvide administrative support, oversee system access, security, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Monitor operational efficacy and customer experience, triage escalations, remove roadblocks, and resolve time-sensitive issues under pressureUse KPI reporting and analysis to identify trends, assess performance, and inform operational decisions and improvement initiativesSupport initiatives, including peer review coordination and quality measures as needed Provide operational insights to strategic planning, long-range initiatives, and execution of company goalsParticipate in leadership and operational meetings, communicating updates to policies, priorities, and performance expectations in a timely mannerSupport talent processes including interviewing, selection, training and development planning, performance management, and disciplinary actions and separationsPreferred TalentsStrong written and verbal communication, active listening, organizational, and interpersonal skills paired with excellent time managementDemonstrated ability to build scalable processes, drive operational execution, and lead through changeExperience using KPI reporting and operational metrics to define challenges and improve performanceStrong working knowledge of privacy and confidentiality practices in a regulated environment, including HIPPAQualifications PreferredBachelor’s degree in related healthcare discipline or equivalent experience is considered in lieu of education3+ years of people leadership experience including leading leaders and/or managing multi-layer teamsExperience supporting PACS administration or similar clinical/health technologyRadiology field experienceBENEFITS & PERKSComprehensive benefits package, including retirement and profit sharingPaid time off and flexibility to support your personal lifeFuel for your day with company sponsored lunches & snacksThe RoleLeads and develops a multi-level operations team, building engagement, capability, and accountability, driving consistent execution and continuous improvement.
