Requirements:

• Trade School Preferred
• 1+ years of Residential and/or Light Commercial HVAC Service/Maintenance experience.
• Obtain a Class E license withing 1st week of employment.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Physical ability to lift, climb, kneel, bend and work in confined spaces.
• Valid Class E driver’s license (obtained in 1st week of work) and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities:

• Developing skills including: refrigeration, testing devices, maintenance checklist, knowledge of products, filter changes, perform planned maintenance, program thermostats, clean indoor and outdoor coils, clean blower, etc.
• Ability to keep a clean work area and truck.
