Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist-Recruiter supports full-cycle recruiting activities to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified associates in alignment with organizational workforce needs. This role utilizes sourcing strategies, recruiting technology, and data insights to build diverse talent pipelines and improve hiring outcomes while supporting Goodwill Southeast Georgia's mission and growth.

Typical Day
- You’ll leverage your in-house recruiting experience to actively attract top talent by handling full-cycle recruiting ownership to include resume review, initial phone interviews, candidate communication/follow up, manager feedback sessions, offers, and onboarding.
- You’ll use your creativity to source active and passive talent by partnering with hiring managers to review open positions, define outreach and sourcing plans and continuously innovate our hiring strategy.
- You’ll utilize your networking skills to build rapport with community partners and candidates during periodic onsite hiring events throughout our Southeast Georgia locations and community partners.
- Utilize our ATS (ADP) to manage the recruitment process, our talent community, data, and hiring compliance to meet all contractual, federal and state requirements.
- Represent our brand at career fairs, high-school career days, university career fairs, and community events.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 1 to 2 years of full-cycle high volume recruitment experience
- Experience creating thoughtful and resourceful recruiting/sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.
- Experience using ADP or other Applicant Tracking Software
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools (e.g., ADP) to maintain accurate recruiting data. Generate routine and ad hoc reports to support hiring decisions; hires, Indeed data, and headcount
- Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to improve recruiting efficiency and outcomes
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational reporting standards.
