This fully remote opportunity offers the chance to make a measurable impact in a competitive, fast-paced enterprise sales environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Schedule and deliver compelling product and solution presentations tailored to client needs and organizational objectives.
  • Prepare proposals, manage follow-up activities, and guide opportunities through the sales cycle toward successful close.
  • Organize and obtain required documentation when clients add new functionality or services.
  • Partner with internal departments and service teams to ensure smooth transitions and a high-quality client experience.
  • Establish consistent quarterly touchpoints with clients to uncover evolving needs, strengthen relationships, and increase adoption of additional solutions.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote solutions, expand networks, and generate opportunities.
  • Maintain high levels of sales activity and consistently work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual territory objectives.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas while maintaining strong customer relationships and a consultative approach throughout the sales process.
  • Apply critical thinking and sound judgment to address objections, unexpected challenges, and complex situations during the sales cycle.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional sales experience, ideally involving enterprise, B2B, technology, SaaS, HR, payroll, or related solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a competitive, quota-driven sales environment while maintaining consistently high activity levels.
  • Strong prospecting, research, relationship-building, and consultative selling capabilities.
  • Excellent executive-level presentation, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and the ability to build trust with senior client stakeholders.
  • Critical-thinking and decision-making skills, particularly when handling objections and navigating unexpected situations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to independently manage a territory and multiple opportunities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and internet-based business tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment and remain available during designated work hours five days per week.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to prospective client sites, trade shows, conferences, and other business events as required.
  • Candidates located in or able to primarily support the Mountain or Pacific Time Zones are preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary of $100,000–$144,200 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
  • Eligibility for a variable commission plan and annual bonus.
  • Eligibility for restricted stock unit grants based on individual performance.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Life and disability insurance.
  • 401(k) matching program.
  • Fully remote work arrangement within the United States, with no regular in-office requirement.
  • Career development and continuous learning opportunities.
