Job Description

As a BusPerson, you’re an essential part of creating an exceptional guest experience. Working alongside our servers and Food & Beverage team, you’ll keep the dining area clean, organized, and ready for every guest while helping the team deliver smooth, efficient service.

From resetting tables and restocking service areas to supporting servers during busy periods and assisting with food and beverage delivery, you’ll be right at the heart of the action. Your energy, teamwork, and attention to detail help keep the experience running seamlessly.

Key Accountabilities

  • Greetings guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assists in seating guests when required and supports servers during busy periods
  • Clears and reset tables quickly and efficiently
  • Ensure tables, counters, and service areas are clean, sanitized, and properly stocked
  • Restocks cutlery, glassware, plates, condiments, and service stations as needed
  • Supports servers by delivering food and beverages when appropriate
  • Monitors guest need and communicate requests to servers or management
  • Assists in resolving guest concerns by notifying the appropriate team member
  • Performs opening, closing, and side duties assigned
  • Handles basic cleaning tasks, including sweeping, wiping surfaces, and maintaining cleanliness standards
  • Communicate effectively with all operational departments
  • Builds positive working relationships with guests, team members, and leadership
  • Ensures compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment an asset
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to follow rules, regulations, policies, and procedures at all times
  • Ability to obtain a Gaming Worker license
  • Serving it Right Certification

Work Environment Considerations: This role requires standing for extended periods and supporting the operation during non-traditional hours—including evenings, weekends, and holidays—as part of delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high energy, premium dining environment.
