Job Description

B2B Marketing Manager (AI-native)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager (AI-native) based in the United States.

This is a hands-on B2B marketing role focused on building a scalable, multi-channel demand generation engine.
You will own campaigns across digital channels, events, webinars, trade shows, search, content, email, and ABM.
Your work will directly influence brand awareness, qualified pipeline, conversion, and revenue growth.
You’ll combine strong channel execution with analytics, experimentation, and a clear focus on measurable business outcomes.
The role also offers the opportunity to shape positioning, messaging, SEO/GEO strategy, and end-to-end funnel operations.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Client Success, Design, and other cross-functional partners in a fast-moving environment.
As an AI-native marketer, you’ll use emerging tools and workflows thoughtfully to create leverage and scale marketing programs effectively.

Accountabilities
  • Own and execute a multi-channel lead generation and demand generation strategy across multiple products, with a clear focus on generating qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Plan, build, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid search and social, content, email, account-based marketing, webinars, and other digital channels.
  • Lead the end-to-end strategy for in-person and digital events, including event selection, budgeting, pre- and post-event campaigns, speaker preparation, and pipeline measurement.
  • Develop and manage employer-focused keyword and organic search strategies, briefing content and monitoring SEO and GEO performance.
  • Shape market positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates products and resonates with target buyers and personas.
  • Manage funnel operations across HubSpot and Salesforce, including lead scoring, routing, nurture automation, data quality, and effective handoffs to Sales.
  • Partner with Sales, Client Success, and Design to develop compelling messaging, content, nurture programs, and product marketing initiatives.
  • Track marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline, channel performance, conversion rates, and ROI, using insights to continuously improve campaigns.
  • Establish a repeatable lead generation engine, event strategy, organic content program, and funnel reporting framework within the first six months.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI tools, workflows, and agents to increase marketing efficiency and scale while applying sound judgment about where automation adds genuine value.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or lead generation, ideally within marketplace technology, SaaS, or a startup environment.
  • Proven hands-on experience building and executing campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, LinkedIn, and Google marketing tools.
  • Demonstrated experience with event-driven marketing, including webinars, conferences, trade shows, and speaking engagements.
  • Strong SEO and GEO fundamentals, with the ability to develop keyword strategies, brief content, and interpret organic performance without requiring deep technical SEO expertise.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency and an AI-native approach to work, including practical experience using AI tools to build or direct workflows and agents for B2B marketing programs.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to optimize funnels, evaluate channel-level ROI, and make decisions based on performance data.
  • Commercial mindset with a strong focus on pipeline, conversion, and revenue rather than vanity metrics such as impressions or lead volume.
  • Strong understanding of ideal customer profiles and buyer personas, with the ability to translate insights into effective positioning and messaging.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write compelling campaign copy and clearly communicate performance insights.
  • Comfortable working independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with a strong test-and-learn mindset.
  • Early-stage SaaS experience, particularly within Series A–C companies, is a plus; healthcare technology or marketplace experience is highly valued.
Benefits
  • 100% remote position within the United States, with eligibility limited to specified states.
  • Competitive, market-based compensation aligned with skills and experience.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance with shared premiums.
  • Company-sponsored 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Commission and/or equity opportunities may be available depending on the position.
  • Unlimited vacation time to support flexibility and work-life balance.
  • Generous family leave policy.
  • Opportunities to work alongside a high-caliber, multidisciplinary team spanning healthcare, technology, design, sales, and operations.
  • Fast-paced environment with meaningful opportunities to influence healthcare outcomes and improve the working lives of healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborative culture that values kindness, respect, inclusion, diverse perspectives, and open participation.
  • Team events and opportunities to build community and camaraderie.
  • Reasonable accommodations available throughout the hiring process for qualified individuals with disabilities.
  • Commitment to equal employment opportunity and an inclusive workplace.
