Logistics Data Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Logistics Data Analyst based in Brazil.

In this role, you will support global logistics operations by executing audit and reconciliation processes that ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across freight invoice management. You will work with large-scale logistics data to identify exceptions, resolve discrepancies, and improve service quality across international client accounts. The position involves close collaboration with carriers and customers across multiple regions, requiring strong communication and analytical skills. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and supporting process optimization efforts. This is a highly operational and data-driven role where attention to detail directly impacts service performance and client satisfaction. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex datasets in a fast-paced global logistics environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Execute end-to-end logistics audit processes to identify and resolve invoice and operational exceptions across global client accounts.
  • Collaborate with carriers, customers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate issue resolution and high-quality service delivery.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, communicate progress, and ensure timely completion of audit and reconciliation activities.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and service level agreements using reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
  • Participate in and lead reconciliation meetings, audit reviews, and operational performance discussions.
  • Identify non-standard processes and work with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and standardization.
  • Maintain and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across workflows.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data trends and operational performance insights.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment focused on accuracy, accountability, and operational excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (trilingual requirement).
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools or logistics systems.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Experience working with KPIs, reporting tools, and performance monitoring frameworks.
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and process compliance.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across global stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/5 rotating schedule environment.
  • Preferred: familiarity with logistics auditing, freight invoice processing, or supply chain analytics tools.
