Position Summary

Elevate is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager, Accounting to support our financial accounting and reporting functions during a period of rapid growth. This individual will play a key role in the monthly close process, financial reporting, and strengthening internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Close & Reporting

Support and manage aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processReview journal entries and account reconciliationsAssist with complex accounting areas including debt accounting, acquisition accounting, derivative accounting and cost allocationsEnsure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policiesAssist in preparation of consolidated financial statements

Audit & Compliance

Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors during interim and year-end auditsSupport quarterly and annual financial reporting requirementsAssist with tax compliance and related reporting obligations

Treasury Management

Assisting with design of new treasury processes, including documentation and roll out Manage and support treasury processes, including bank account set up, account maintenance, reportingAssisting with near-term treasury forecasting and cash management

Systems & Process Improvement

Support implementation and optimization of ERP systems and accounting softwareIdentify opportunities to enhance accounting controls, documentation, and workflowsHelp build scalable processes to support company growth

Team Collaboration

Provide oversight and coordination with outsourced accounting supportAssist in training and mentoring junior accounting staffPartner cross-functionally with Development, EPC, and Finance teamsAs part of dynamic and growing team, this position will be expected to assist in other areas of the financial reporting and close process and other ad hoc projects, as necessary

Candidate Profile

Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance5+ years of accounting experience - public accounting and/or industry experience strongly preferredStrong working knowledge of US GAAPExperience with ERP systems Strong analytical and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

CPA strongly preferred, or active progress toward certificationAcumatica experience a plus, but not required

Compensation: The base compensation range for this role is $90,000 to $140,000 per year, which represents the Company’s good-faith estimate of the salary range for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on the skills, experience, and qualifications of the candidate selected.

Employees in this role are also eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus program, subject to the terms of the applicable plan.
