Business Development Representative

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Business Development Representative in Brazil.

This role is a high-impact sales opportunity focused on driving enterprise growth within complex, high-value markets such as public safety, energy, utilities, construction, and mining.
You will be responsible for owning the full outbound business development cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation to closing strategic six- and seven-figure deals.
The position requires a strong hunter mindset, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers and navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes.
You will work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment aligned with North American business hours and global enterprise clients.
A key part of the role involves building and expanding relationships with dealers, partners, and enterprise accounts while identifying new growth opportunities.
You will play a central role in shaping early-stage sales motions for innovative drone and UAS technologies.
This is a results-driven role where persistence, communication, and strategic thinking directly impact revenue growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the full business development and outbound sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline creation, outreach, negotiations, and closing high-value enterprise deals.
  • Identify, engage, and convert large organizations across industries such as public safety, energy, utilities, construction, mining, and Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and tailored solution presentations for mission-critical use cases.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel outbound strategies, including cold outreach, sequencing, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Lead dealer acquisition efforts by identifying, onboarding, and activating new partners in target markets.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with existing dealer networks through regular communication and structured follow-ups.
  • Support the launch and expansion of new product lines by driving early-stage market penetration and feedback loops.
Requirements:
  • 3–7+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, business development, or outbound sales roles.
  • Strong experience managing full-cycle sales processes, including complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Proven ability to close large, high-value contracts in competitive environments.
  • Excellent outbound prospecting skills using cold outreach, sequencing, and multi-channel engagement strategies.
  • Strong ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholders, including director and C-level executives.
  • Fluent English at C2 level with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with modern sales tools and CRM platforms such as Pipedrive.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven, remote environment aligned with U.S. business hours.
  • Bonus: experience in industries such as public safety, utilities, energy, construction, or mining.
  • Bonus: familiarity with commercial drone operations or FAA Part 107 certification.
