This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Marketing (E-commerce) in Brazil.
This is a senior strategic leadership role responsible for building and scaling a high-growth e-commerce marketing function from the ground up.
You will design the overall marketing architecture, define acquisition and retention strategies, and transform a lean execution team into a structured, performance-driven growth engine.
The role combines hands-on execution with executive-level ownership, requiring both strategic vision and the ability to dive into campaign operations when needed.
You will oversee multi-channel growth across paid media, SEO, email marketing, and international expansion initiatives across multiple markets.
A strong focus will be placed on building scalable processes, improving customer lifetime value, and optimizing marketing ROI through data-driven decisions.
You will work directly with executive leadership, having full autonomy over budgets, strategy, and team development.

- Build and structure the marketing department from the ground up, including SOPs, processes, and a scalable growth roadmap.
- Define and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies across Google Ads, YouTube, SEO, paid search, and influencer marketing.
- Take hands-on ownership of campaign execution when needed, including optimization of paid media and performance marketing initiatives.
- Develop and implement retention strategies, including automated email marketing flows to increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Expand marketing strategies across multiple regions, including Europe, with preparation for entry into the US and LATAM markets.
- Lead and mentor internal creatives and external freelancers, with potential responsibility for hiring and scaling the marketing team.
- Own marketing budgets, define KPIs, and track performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Report directly to executive leadership, providing insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations.
- 4–7+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) environments.
- Proven ability to design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies while remaining capable of hands-on execution.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube), SEO, email marketing, CRM systems, and web analytics tools.
- Experience scaling consumer products in industries such as beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer electronics is highly valued.
- Demonstrated success in building, managing, or scaling marketing teams in fast-growing environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with international marketing expansion and multi-country campaign management is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with European consumer markets and e-commerce behavior is desirable.
- Monthly salary starting from USD $4,000+ (depending on experience)
