The Senior Director, Program Strategy & Consulting Services is responsible for driving the strategic development, design, and execution of consulting products, service offerings, and learning initiatives that support organizational growth, client success, and operational excellence. This role combines strategic thinking, consulting expertise, program design, and cross-functional leadership to create innovative solutions that strengthen market position, elevate client experiences, and build internal capabilities.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative and forward-thinking leader with experience in consulting strategy, program development, learning and development, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.
Requirements:Key Responsibilities
Product & Service Strategy
- Lead the development and evolution of consulting products, service offerings, and strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities.
- Identify emerging trends, client needs, and industry best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Develop scalable frameworks, methodologies, and tools that enhance consulting effectiveness and client outcomes.
- Collaborate with leadership to define strategic priorities, growth opportunities, and service expansion initiatives.
- Evaluate program performance and recommend enhancements to improve impact, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Consulting Process Development
- Design, implement, and refine consulting processes, delivery models, and engagement standards.
- Establish consistent methodologies, templates, and quality assurance practices across consulting engagements.
- Support project planning, implementation, and execution to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations.
- Partner with internal teams to improve operational workflows, communication practices, and knowledge-sharing systems.
- Develop metrics and reporting structures to measure consulting effectiveness and program success.
Learning & Development Initiatives
- Lead the creation and execution of leadership development, training, and educational initiatives for internal teams and external clients.
- Design engaging learning experiences including workshops, retreats, seminars, facilitator guides, and digital learning content.
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions, leadership development programs, and organizational learning experiences.
- Assess learning needs and develop customized curriculum and development pathways.
- Support a culture of continuous learning, innovation, inclusion, and professional growth.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to clients, leadership teams, and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication, collaboration, and service delivery.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, strategic workshops, and executive-level discussions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, reports, and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Support business development efforts through thought leadership, relationship building, and solution development.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve strategic goals.
- Mentor team members and contribute to leadership development across the organization.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Support organizational change management and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Education, Leadership, Human Resources, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, program development, organizational strategy, learning and development, or related leadership roles.
- Proven experience developing consulting frameworks, strategic initiatives, or learning programs.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven environment.
