Job Description
The Legal Assistant will work in the Allentown PA office, supporting busy attorneys and managing case files. This highly organized and detail-oriented professional will be responsible for managing assigned attorneys’ calendars, emails, telephone communications, and mail correspondence. Additional responsibilities include coordinating deadlines, preparing, and editing correspondence, and managing engagement letters and billable invoices.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ legal administrative assistant experience required.
- State (PA) and Federal e-filings experience required.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, including advanced use of MS Word (including redlining, comparing documents, advanced formatting, Table of Contents and Table of Authorities creation and manipulation, and hyperlinks).
- Proficiency in the use of document management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and computer skills.
- Excellent organizational skills; very detail- oriented.
