This is a remote opportunity focused on building and strengthening strategic relationships with a diverse portfolio of healthcare channel partners.
You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, helping partners successfully deliver solutions to their customers.
The role blends relationship management, technical problem-solving, project leadership, and business strategy.
You’ll coordinate closely with legal, sales, marketing, implementation, technical, and service teams to meet contractual commitments.
Your work will influence partner satisfaction, solution delivery, product expansion, and long-term account growth.
You’ll engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior business leaders and executives, in a collaborative and fast-moving environment.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, developing trusted relationships, providing guidance, and acting as an escalation point when needed.
- Manage partner-related financial matters, including fees, concessions, invoicing, and applicable audit-control activities.
- Evaluate partner needs and determine appropriate product and technical solutions by balancing business requirements, market demand, product capabilities, and partner constraints.
- Coordinate cross-functional engagement across legal, sales, marketing, implementation, technical, and service teams to ensure successful partner outcomes.
- Ensure internal teams deliver solutions and services in accordance with partner commitments, contractual requirements, and agreed timelines.
- Act as project manager for partner initiatives, establishing expectations, tracking progress, communicating status, and driving projects through completion.
- Support strategic partner management activities, including contract management, negotiations, and opportunities for product expansion.
- Monitor partner transactions and interactions, including integrated data files and communications, while analyzing and reporting key account metrics.
- Maintain comprehensive business and technical documentation for partner solutions, including file specifications, product details, service requirements, and sales and marketing information.
- Coordinate training, communications, and ongoing support for partner-specific requirements across internal and external stakeholders.
- 8+ years of experience in account management or a related client-facing role, preferably within healthcare benefits, technology, or another technical industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, negotiate, and influence effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executives.
- Proven track record of maintaining and growing customer relationships through exceptional service, responsiveness, and support.
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience developing and delivering professional presentations to business and technical audiences.
- Ability to document, analyze, and troubleshoot technical solutions and translate complex requirements into practical outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and connect them with appropriate internal capabilities.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, collaborative, and capable of developing strong internal and external relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation, professional judgment, ownership, and attention to detail.
- Hands-on knowledge of health and welfare benefits is required.
- Salary range: $72,000–$91,500 per year, with actual compensation based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
