Job Description
Linus Health is a Boston-based digital health company focused on transforming brain health for people across the world. By advancing how we detect and address cognitive and brain disorders – leveraging cutting-edge neuroscience, clinical expertise, and artificial intelligence – our goal is to enable a future where people can live longer, happier, and healthier lives with better brain health.
About The Role:
The Opportunity: 1-to-N Scaling at the Front Lines of Care
As the Senior Product Manager for US Healthcare, you will lead the evolution and expansion of Linus Health’s core high-growth engine. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, your mission is a 1-to-N challenge: taking a proven, highly successful brain health solution and scaling it across major healthcare organizations and enterprise health systems.
This role sits at the intersection of robust platform management and agile, market-driven product iteration. Our US Healthcare business delivers an end-to-end brain health continuum, from initial identification and assessment to triage, treatment, and ongoing management. You will be the champion for front-line clinicians, removing friction from their workflows and delivering the insights they need to change the trajectory of cognitive decline.
Your Strategic "North Stars" (First 6–12 Months):
- Enterprise Scaling: Build the foundational product infrastructure, configuration tools, and processes that allow major health systems to deploy the Linus platform seamlessly at scale across multiple sites and departments.
- Workflow Optimization: Identify and systematically eliminate the clinical and operational friction points that slow down platform adoption, directly increasing active user engagement and provider satisfaction.
- Clinical Decision Support: Enhance and deliver best-in-class clinical insights and actionable decision-support recommendations directly to front-line providers at the point of care.
What you'll do
- Product & Evolution & Scale: Own the roadmap for our US Healthcare provider portfolio, balancing deep platform scalability needs with continuous feature iteration driven by real-world market feedback.
- Clinical & Workflow Integration: Deeply understand provider behavior. You will optimize how our platform embeds into health system environments, ensuring our brain health continuum feels like a natural extension of a clinician's day rather than another software burden.
- Insight Delivery: Partner with data science and clinical teams to translate complex cognitive data into clear, high-value clinical insights and next-step recommendations for primary care physicians and specialists.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Serve as the central hub connecting Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, and in-house medical experts. You will translate customer feedback from our largest accounts into scalable product requirements.
- Platform Governance: Maintain the health, configurability, and localization capabilities of the platform, ensuring it can adapt to diverse health system structures without requiring custom, one-off engineering work.
About You:
- Experience: 7+ years of dedicated Software Product Management experience, with 10+ years of total professional experience.
- Health System Native: You possess a deep understanding of enterprise healthcare delivery, clinical workflows, and provider personas. You know what makes doctors tick (and what annoys them).
- The Scaling Mindset: You excel at 1-to-N optimization. You love taking something that works for one client and building the underlying platform capability to make it work for a hundred.
- Technical & Workflow Fluent: You are comfortable discussing EHR integration strategies, clinical decision support architectures, and operational deployment models with both technical teams and hospital IT leaders.
- Feedback-Driven Iterator: You have a proven track record of synthesizing messy qualitative feedback from users and turning it into clean, prioritized, metrics-driven product requirements.
Compensation: The base salary budgeted for this position is in the $155,000-175,000 range per year. This position will also include a yearly target discretionary bonus as well as equity, health benefits, unlimited PTO, a monthly flex day, a 401K plan with a match and more. The final offer determined for the candidate who is hired into this position will depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant skills, professional experience, labor market conditions, etc.
