We are seeking a Condominium Portfolio Manager in the greater Boston area. This person will manage properties in Arlington, Watertown, and Cambridge, this individual will work at all 3 sites, traveling between (the expectation is 1 day in Arlington; 1 day in Watertown; 3 days in Cambridge). Previous condominium management and experience with condominium boards are required. Experience managing capital projects is highly preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensures efficient operation of condominium communities within established guidelines.
  • Provides superior customer service to residents, condominium owners/board members.
  • Drafts and completes annual budgets following both company and client guidelines.
  • Prepares monthly board packages, attends monthly meetings, and completes requested action items between board meetings.
  • Works with subcontractors to maintain the properties.
  • Provides administrative support for the properties.
  • Responds to resident requests in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
  • Effectively utilizes all company software (Vantaca) for, storage, processing work orders, vendor contracts, meeting minutes, board packages, unit owner communication, as well as software for invoice processing.
  • Completes weekly site visits to all properties within the assigned portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Excellent resident relations skills
  • Understanding of condo documents and association by-laws
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven leadership skills & ability to take initiative
  • Superior judgment and decision-making skills
  • 2 - 5 + years of experience in condominium management
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience with Vantaca preferred
  • Experience with capital project management.
