Analista de Sistemas Pleno | Dynamics

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Sistemas Pleno | Dynamics based in Brazil.

This role is part of a data-driven and innovation-oriented environment where you will support and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that connect critical business processes across sales, operations, and finance. You will act as a key link between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that system functionalities are well understood, properly configured, and continuously improved. The position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, support solution design, and ensure the stability and evolution of the Dynamics ecosystem. You will also contribute to incident resolution, system performance monitoring, and process optimization initiatives. You will play an important role in improving operational efficiency and enabling better decision-making through robust ERP solutions.

Accountabilities:
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements and system solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
  • Support configuration, parameterization, and functional maintenance of Dynamics environments.
  • Participate in system evolution initiatives, contributing to process improvements and optimization of modules and functionalities.
  • Develop functional specifications, documentation, test scenarios, and support acceptance testing activities.
  • Assist technical teams when needed in customizations, integrations, and system extensions.
  • Monitor incidents, requests, and project demands, ensuring proper follow-up until resolution.
  • Analyze logs, reproduce issues, and support root cause analysis for system incidents.
  • Support deployment activities, batch jobs monitoring, and validation of system performance and updates.
  • Guide key users and business teams on system usage, best practices, and process alignment.
  • Support integrations with other systems and assist in testing, homologation, and validation activities.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, including functional configuration, parameterization, and support.
  • Experience in incident analysis and resolution, including root cause analysis and log interpretation.
  • Knowledge of Brazilian localization for D365, including fiscal and tax processes (NF-e, CT-e, MDF-e, SPED, CFOP, ICMS, IPI, ISS).
  • Basic understanding of X++ and system extensions for supporting technical teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking and end-to-end process understanding.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement and standardization.
  • Experience working in agile environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, APIs, CI/CD practices, and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is considered a strong advantage.
