VIP Executive Host

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VIP Executive Host based in Canada.

This role sits at the center of high-value player engagement within a fast-paced digital gaming environment. You will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with VIP customers, ensuring a premium and highly personalized experience across multiple gaming and entertainment platforms. The position blends relationship management, commercial thinking, and data-driven decision-making to drive player loyalty and revenue growth. You will actively engage with top-tier accounts, anticipate player needs, and deliver tailored hospitality and communications. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help shape retention strategies and elevate the overall VIP experience. This is a highly autonomous role where ownership, responsiveness, and customer insight directly impact business performance.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of high-value VIP clients while ensuring an exceptional and personalized service experience across all touchpoints. You will act as a trusted point of contact, driving engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth through proactive relationship management.

  • Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with VIP and high-value players, ensuring a premium customer experience at all times
  • Monitor player activity, preferences, and behavior to deliver tailored promotions, rewards, and hospitality offerings
  • Drive engagement and retention through proactive communication, reactivation campaigns, and personalized outreach
  • Coordinate VIP events, hospitality experiences, and off-site activations, ensuring flawless execution
  • Use reporting and analytics to track performance, identify opportunities, and support data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, ensure compliance, and align on player development strategies
  • Support and guide junior team members while contributing to a culture of high performance and service excellence
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings experience in gaming, hospitality, luxury customer service, or account management, with a strong ability to manage high-value client relationships in a fast-moving environment. You are commercially minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data to inform decisions.

  • 3+ years of experience in gaming, online casino, sports betting, luxury customer service, or account management
  • Strong understanding of VIP or high-value customer relationship management
  • Experience in sales, retention, or customer engagement-driven roles
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, reporting tools, and Excel for performance tracking and analysis
  • Excellent communication skills with strong phone, written, and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage sensitive customer interactions with professionalism, discretion, and resilience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Willingness to travel and attend events across Canada and the United States when required
  • Passion for sports, gaming, or entertainment is highly valued
