This includes an intentional focus on first responders, military service members, athletes, students, healthcare workers, and individuals seeking meaningful stress resilience, sleep quality, mental clarity, and performance improvement.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Clinical Excellence is responsible for leading the development, standardization, clinical oversight, supervision of neurotechnologists (NTs), and components of training of Neurotechnologists across Innercore Health locations. This position directly supervises Neurotechnologists in designated offices while providing clinical leadership, standards, and oversight across the broader organization. Working closely with leadership and technology experts, the Director oversees clinical practice standards, protocols, workflows, and competency requirements, ensuring each client receives safe, consistent, evidence-informed, concierge-level care and service while upholding the highest standards of professionalism, quality, safety, and service.
The Director also serves as an important clinical resource in the client intake process, assisting with client triage and appropriate protocol selection within established company guidelines, fielding questions from some clients, and engaging external physician offices seeking clinical information or coordination regarding Innercore Health services. This individual catalyzes the evolution of NT onboarding processes, competency validation, and continuing education programs; coaches Neurotechnologists in clinical best practices, client care standards, documentation, and protocol adherence; and provides input supporting the company's clinical knowledge base. The Director monitors adherence to established protocols and quality standards through periodic observation, competency assessment, documentation review, and quality assurance activities.
The Director also helps clients navigate some administrative aspects of their client care, including supporting the information process associated with clients seeking reimbursement or payment through Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and similar eligible benefit programs.
The ideal candidate will be a current healthcare clinician (e.g., RN, APRN, PA, PT, OT, or other appropriately licensed healthcare professional) who will be trained upon employment to operate as a highly skilled Neurotechnologist. Strong clinical leadership, communication, education, and coaching abilities are essential, as well as a demonstrated commitment to developing clinical competence in others, fostering accountability, promoting evidence-informed practice, and creating exceptional client-centered experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Serve as a clinical point of contact for external physicians, counselors and their offices, responding to inquiries about Innercore Health services, clinical guidelines, protocols, and client coordination within appropriate privacy, professional, and regulatory guidelines.

- Assist with client intake, triage, and protocol selection, helping Neurotechnologists and other team members identify appropriate pathways based on client history, presenting needs, established protocols, and applicable clinical considerations, with appropriate escalation when needed.
- Personally deliver services to some clients each month to maintain high competency and efficient coverage for client appointments.
- Lead the onboarding, clinical orientation, competency validation, portions of training, and ongoing professional development of Neurotechnologists across multiple Innercore Health locations.
- Work collaboratively with others to develop, implement, and continuously improve standardized training programs, competency assessments, and continuing education initiatives aligned with clinical standards, evolving best practices, and organizational needs.
