Gerente de Projeto de TI

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Gerente de Projeto de TI based in Brazil.

This senior role is responsible for leading complex technology projects across both SAP and non-SAP environments.
You will oversee projects involving national and international teams, working across multidisciplinary and highly demanding environments.
The position requires strong project management expertise across both traditional Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
You will coordinate stakeholders, manage priorities, and ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives and delivery expectations.
Strong communication skills will be essential for navigating complex initiatives and collaborating with teams across different functions and regions.
You will use established project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira to support planning, tracking, and execution.
Fluent English and a proven ability to operate in high-demand environments will enable you to make an impact on large-scale technology initiatives.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead technology projects: Manage complex SAP and non-SAP projects from planning through delivery, ensuring objectives, timelines, priorities, and expected outcomes are effectively coordinated.
  • Apply project methodologies: Lead initiatives using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, adapting project management approaches to the specific requirements, scope, and environment of each project.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams: Work closely with national and international teams, aligning stakeholders and facilitating collaboration across different functions, locations, and areas of expertise.
  • Manage high-demand environments: Prioritize activities, coordinate competing demands, and maintain delivery focus across complex and fast-paced technology initiatives.
  • Drive stakeholder communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, ensuring relevant information, expectations, risks, and project developments are appropriately shared.
  • Support project planning and tracking: Use Microsoft Project, Jira, and related project management practices to organize activities, monitor progress, and support effective project execution.
  • Ensure delivery alignment: Monitor project progress and help ensure that teams remain focused on agreed objectives, priorities, and business expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Project management experience: Extensive experience managing technology projects, including initiatives involving both SAP and non-SAP environments.
  • Methodology expertise: Strong experience managing projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with the ability to adapt approaches according to project needs.
  • International experience: Proven experience working on national and international projects alongside multidisciplinary teams.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication capabilities, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and coordinate teams in complex environments.
  • High-demand environments: Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and maintain performance while working across demanding and fast-paced project environments.
  • Project management tools: Strong knowledge and practical experience using Microsoft Project and Jira.
  • English proficiency: Fluent English is required for effective collaboration across international projects and teams.
