River City Security Services is seeking an experienced and dependable Field Supervisor to oversee security operations throughout our West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio region.

This is a hands-on field position that requires open availability, flexibility, and frequent travel. This is not a traditional 9-to-5 position. Hours will vary based on operational needs, employee call-offs, client requirements, emergencies, and site coverage. The Field Supervisor must be willing to adjust their schedule based on the needs of the company and our clients.

We are looking for someone who understands the security industry and is willing to be in the field supporting our officers and clients when and where needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide field supervision and support to security officers throughout WV, KY, and OH.

• Conduct routine and unannounced site visits and post inspections.

• Ensure officers are in proper uniform and following company policies, post orders, and client requirements.

• Assist with scheduling issues, call-offs, and emergency coverage.

• Fill open posts when necessary to maintain client coverage.

• Address employee performance and operational concerns.

• Assist with new-hire orientation, training, and placement at assigned sites.

• Communicate professionally with clients, employees, and company management.

• Complete and submit required reports and documentation.

• Travel between locations as operational needs require.

Requirements:

• Previous security experience required.

• Supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.

• Open availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• Willing and able to travel throughout West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio.

• Ability to respond to unexpected staffing or operational issues.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Dependable, professional, organized, and able to work independently.
