College Student/Caregiving Experience in St. Louis County, Missouri at Martha's Hands Home Care

Martha's Hands offers you the opportunity to:

• Attend our Core Caregiver Training Class
• Gain PAID Caregiving Experience based on your skills and comfort level.
• Shadow our Nurse Care Managers: Observe them completing Nursing Assessments, Care Plan Development, Orientation/Training of Caregivers and Clinical Oversight of variety of care situations.
• Complete monthly Caregiver Skill Reviews and Competency Tests – a certificate of completion, recognized by the Missouri Health & Senior Services Department, will be given noting passing of the skills test for that subject.

Our Caregivers are professionals who bring a variety of experiences to our client’s care. They assist with our Private Pay Client’s Daily Activities so they can remain in their homes. Our Caregivers are:

Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 (Base + Differential)

Providing home care services to our clients takes special people. We are looking for caregivers that are willing to assist clients with their daily activities and embrace our mission of "Love through Service." • Must be over the age of 18
• Must have a valid ID
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a minimum of 1 year hands on caregiving experience (this can include experience through school, child care, etc.)
