This role sits at the core of a fast-growing, mission-driven consumer brand focused on reshaping how Canadians access fresh food. You will own the performance engine behind paid social campaigns, driving measurable subscriber growth across multiple provinces and digital platforms. Working in a highly data-driven environment, you will translate performance insights into scalable acquisition strategies. The position blends hands-on execution with increasing strategic ownership of budget and growth decisions. You will collaborate closely with creative and brand teams to continuously test and optimize ad performance. This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences growth, retention, and market expansion.
- Own and manage paid social strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, from planning to daily optimization.
- Manage and optimize a significant paid media budget, ensuring efficient allocation across regions to achieve subscriber growth and CPA targets.
- Develop performance narratives and present weekly and monthly insights, including recommendations and budget adjustments.
- Collaborate with creative and brand teams to develop, test, and scale high-performing ad creatives aligned with brand positioning.
- Analyze campaign performance using attribution tools to evaluate blended ROAS, cohort retention, and overall LTV impact.
- Continuously monitor trends in paid social and translate insights into actionable improvements and experimentation strategies.
- Support data-driven decision-making through structured testing frameworks and performance analysis.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, including at least 2 years managing paid social campaigns for a DTC or subscription-based brand.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and at least one additional platform such as TikTok or Pinterest.
- Solid understanding of CAC, LTV, churn, and how to translate performance data into growth strategies.
- Experience with attribution and analytics tools such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, Attribution App, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, pixel tracking, and structured testing methodologies.
- Experience managing multi-region or multi-market campaigns is an asset.
- Familiarity with integrating AI tools into marketing workflows (e.g., creative testing, optimization, or reporting automation).
- Strong analytical thinking combined with creative problem-solving skills.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Bonus: experience in grocery, food & beverage, subscription businesses, or Quebec/French-language advertising.
