- Plan and execute product launches, coordinating deliverables, deadlines, dependencies, and stakeholder inputs to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
- Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that influence product positioning and go-to-market strategy.
- Develop clear, buyer-focused messaging, unique value propositions, and positioning statements for assigned products, ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders.
- Gather customer and market insights through surveys, win/loss analyses, and collaboration with customer-facing teams to build buyer personas and journey maps.
- Support sales enablement by creating tools, training, and resources that help sales teams communicate product value and handle objections effectively.
- Track performance metrics for campaigns, launches, and enablement programs to inform continuous improvement.
- Maintain high levels of operational accuracy in templates, project trackers, repositories, and documentation.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B software or SaaS product marketing.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, able to synthesize market research, competitive data, and customer insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with design or developer products, UI/UX, digital accessibility, AI-native offerings, or agentic AI in product marketing is a strong plus.
