You will join a fast-moving social media and content team responsible for transforming brand and business objectives into engaging, culturally relevant digital storytelling. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and real-time execution, requiring strong awareness of digital trends and platform dynamics. You will help shape editorial calendars, content ideas, and campaign narratives across multiple social channels, ensuring consistency in tone and impact. A key part of your work will be translating strategic goals into clear, actionable creative briefs for design and production teams. You will also play a central role in monitoring trends, identifying opportunities, and activating timely content that increases brand relevance. In addition, you will manage influencer relationships end-to-end, supporting campaign amplification and performance tracking. - Develop and execute editorial calendars and social media content strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Write and structure copies, scripts, and content guidelines that reflect brand tone of voice and resonate across platforms.
- Create clear, inspiring, and detailed creative briefs to guide design and content production teams.
- Monitor social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter) to identify trends, cultural moments, and real-time content opportunities.
- Review and ensure quality control of all content, including grammar, brand alignment, and creative consistency across deliverables.
- Manage influencer marketing activities, including identification, selection, outreach, and relationship management with creators aligned to brand values.
- Oversee influencer campaign execution end-to-end, from briefing and approvals to posting and performance tracking.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of campaigns and content initiatives.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation within digital marketing or communications environments.
- Excellent writing skills with strong command of grammar, tone, and storytelling for digital platforms.
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into clear creative briefs for design and content teams.
- Hands-on experience with influencer marketing, including sourcing, managing, and coordinating collaborations.
- Strong understanding of digital culture, social media trends, and platform-specific behaviors.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback effectively.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
