About the role
Reporting to the Health and Wellness Manager, this salaried, exempt Registered Nurse position provides direct healthcare services and support to students in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. In addition to delivering quality nursing care, you'll have the opportunity to positively impact young adults by promoting healthy lifestyles, personal growth, and career readiness.

What you'll do
- Provide compassionate nursing care and monitor student health by taking vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.
- Treat minor injuries, perform wound care, and assist with student physical examinations.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of student information.
- Help keep the Health and Wellness Center clean, safe, and fully stocked with necessary medical supplies.
- Support a positive and healthy environment where students can learn, grow, and succeed.
- Serve as a role model by demonstrating professionalism, personal responsibility, and strong communication skills.
- Participate in staff trainings and collaborate with team members to support student well-being.
- Promote a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for all students and staff.
- Assist with other health and wellness initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- State Registered Nurse’s License and one year’s experience as a practicing Registered Nurse.
- Active, unrestricted license to practice in state where center is located.
- Prefer two or more years of experience.
- Valid State driver’s license in the state of employment with acceptable driving record.
The pay range for this role is:
73,000 - 78,000 USD per year(St. Louis JCC Main)
