As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-focused design solutions, improving product experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful outcomes.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create personas, user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with user expectations and business goals.
• Design intuitive and engaging interactions across multiple platforms and devices while ensuring consistency and usability.
• Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards that support scalable and consistent product experiences.
• Partner with product management teams to define requirements and translate business objectives into effective design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented accurately.
• Communicate design decisions, trade-offs, and rationale clearly to stakeholders across product, engineering, leadership, and client teams.
• Establish and improve design processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and quality of delivery.
• Identify design risks, recommend solutions, and support continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
• Mentor and support junior designers by sharing knowledge, providing feedback, and encouraging professional growth.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, remote environment.

We are looking for an experienced UX professional with strong design expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.

• 5+ years of experience in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Advanced communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain design decisions and influence stakeholders.
• Expert proficiency with UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and Lucidchart.
• Experience creating rapid prototypes and using iterative feedback cycles to improve experiences.
• Experience working in client-facing environments or professional services engagements.
• Ability to solve complex customer challenges through creative, practical, and scalable design solutions.
• Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and contributing to design maturity across organizations.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth, fully remote environment.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working within Agile product teams.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, React, Vue, or Angular.
• Understanding of technical concepts including GenAI, APIs, CI/CD, databases, and repositories.
