We're hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and others during our Recruitment Day! Qualified candidates may interview and receive a conditional job offer on the spot.

- Residential Counselor - DDA and MHA
- Day Program Counselor
- Community Support Professional
- Adult Personal Supports Counselor
- Youth Personal Supports Counselor
Available Admin Opportunities
- Assistant Director of DDA Services
- HR Generalist
- Recruitment Assistant
- Employment Specialist
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license with no less than 3 points
- Access to vehicle for business purposes with proof of auto insurance
- Ability to pass background checks and required screenings (State and FBI)
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (training provided if needed).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality care.
