What You’ll Do:

• Be the Connection: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and installation crews to ensure open communication and smooth project execution.

• Own the Project Flow: Manage the scheduling, tracking and daily progress of assigned installation jobs from start to finish.

• Support On-Site Teams: Assist installers on job sites by answering questions, resolving basic issues, and handling customer change requests.

• Process Payments: Collect final payments, update contracts when necessary, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Serve as a trusted point of contact, promptly addressing any customer concerns during and after the installation process.

• Jump In as Needed: Support the team with additional tasks to keep operations running efficiently.
