Job Description
Title: Operator

Position Summary:
The Assembly Operator is responsible for the efficient assembly of component parts to produce products.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Ensure the quality of components are without defects.
 Attention to detail, perform visual inspection of parts.
 Maintain safe and clean work area, maintain 5S daily.
 Communicate assembly, quality, safety concerns, to Team Leader.
 Participate in problem solving activities.
 Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
 Maintain punctual and reliable attendance.
 Available for overtime and/or weekend work.
 Responsible for accurately recording pieces produced and components scrapped on production paperwork.
 Knows and exhibits the MATIKON values.
 Performs all job functions in accordance with established policies and procedures to ensure the preservation of the MATIKON Quality Policy.
 OTHER REASONABLE DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

Preferred Education and Skills:
