Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• Required to work two weekends per month as part of a rotating schedule

Position Summary

Under the direct supervision of a Physician, the X-Ray Technologist operates radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic images for clinical procedures. This individual accurately positions patients and radiologic equipment, adjusts controls to establish appropriate exposure settings, and follows all established radiologic requirements and regulations to ensure the highest standards of patient safety, image quality, and clinical care.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Perform detailed radiographic examinations with precision and attention to quality.

• Establish professional, compassionate rapport with patients to create a positive care experience.

• Clearly explain procedures and answer patient questions to help ensure comfort and understanding.

• Understand and follow physician protocols for all procedures.

• Effectively operate all equipment utilized within the scope of the role.

• Maintain compliance with established radiologic requirements, safety standards, and clinical protocols.

• Support a collaborative clinical environment focused on exceptional patient outcomes.

Required Education, Licensure & Certifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.

• Current New Jersey Radiology License required.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist required.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in Women's Health or Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI) preferred.

Technical Skills

• Competency in operating C-arm equipment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
