Pay Range
This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.
Johns Manville, Roofing Systems is currently looking to hire a business savvy SAP Data Specialist, located in Littleton, CO. If you have excellent attention to detail, a passion for data integrity and process improvement then this role may be for you!
The Business Information Specialists will have responsibility for creating and managing high-quality data to support our Commercial Processes. Areas of responsibility extend to pricing, customer and material mater records and other associated master data elements used in the Pre-Sales, Sales and Post Sales Processes.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Manage pricing data in SAP such as list prices and customer specific prices.
- Verify that price approval processes are followed.
- Create and Maintain customer and material master data primarily in SAP with some crossover into Salesforce.com.
- Ensure Data adheres to Data Governance Standards and associated business processes.
- Troubleshoot data related issues and identify and execute on process improvement opportunities.
- Provide data extracts and analysis reporting to business users as required
- Develop and analyze data quality reports and determine corrective actions as required.
- Measure end to end process time for master data updates and drive adherence to set service levels

- Excellent attention to detail: Ability to work with large amounts of data and ensuring accuracy and precision
What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in a sales/service operations
- SAP Support, IT or Data Analytics position experience may be considered
- Experience with SAP or other ERP material, customer, and pricing data structures
- Experience with SAP or other ERP data entry and reporting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills
- Willingness and desire for continuous improvement and a passion for learning
- Solid ability to think through complex issues
- Microsoft Excel experience, Advanced
- Proven ability to manage internal and external customer relationships
