Medication Technician (Med-Tech) – Overnight Shift

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies

- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff

- Assist residents with daily activities and personal care as needed

- Maintain accurate medication records and documentation

- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

- Support a safe, respectful, and caring environment for residents and staff

Skills and Qualifications:

- One year of experience as an ACHA-certified Med-Tech preferred

- Valid certification as a Med-Tech or equivalent (if applicable)

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Compassionate and respectful attitude towards seniors

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication skills

- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.)
