Registered Pharmacy Tech in Edgewater, Florida at Florida Health Care Plans, Inc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Current State of Florida license to practice as registered pharmacy technician


• Typing Skills of 40 WPM


• Able to remain functional in situations of stress


• Able to remain flexible with scheduling for all operational hours


• Experience with RxGenesys and RxClaim pharmacy systems


• Five (5) years of Registered Pharmacy Technician experience

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

• All primary functions of a registered pharmacy technician


• All primary functions of Pharmacy Office staff


• Training of Technicians, Cashier Plus', and Cashiers


• Develops a training manual for each of above to promote consistency


• Assists in planning, documenting, testing, organizing, implementation, training, monitoring, and follow up of pharmacy service projects to include but not limited, online requisitions process, meeting preparation, reports, coupons/compounds, license renewals, SharePoint and OneNote set up and maintenance, new systems, returns, invoices, etc.


• Supports all new pharmacy employees


• Be able to coach, mentor, and build a team
