FNP needed for additional coverage needs - employee based primary care clinic in Commerce City, Colorado at Georgia Medical Staffing LLC

Georgia Medical Staffing is in need of an FNP able to assist with a few weeks of sporatic coverage for an employee/family based clinic in Commerce City, CO.

Dates of coverage needed:
Nov 30-Dec 4
Dec 23-Jan 4 (closed Dec 24, 25 & Jan 1 for holidays)
Feb 22-Feb 26
Hours: MWF - 7:30a-4:30p, TTH - 8:30a-5:30p
Open to coverage of any portion of these dates and would likely lead to future coverage needs as well.

Basic primary care to employees & their families, Ages 2+
8-10 patients per day
DEA preferred, but not required
Staff model: 1 provider:1 MA

$90 per hour
Paid Malpractice
Paid shadow training/module training

Active CO license

2+ years primary care experience as an FNP
