We are currently seeking an experienced:
SENIOR LIVING IT SOLUTIONS LEAD
JOB SUMMARY:
- Technical Support & Systems Maintenance
- Collect and analyze key technical insights to help management tackle and resolve complex challenges.
- Collaborate with the SL designated Deskside Support FTE to align and address divisional support needs.
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems and peripherals, ensuring optimal performance.
- Upgrade, repair, and configure hardware and software as needed.
- Deliver technical training and educational presentations to leadership.
- Monitor end-user equipment performance and conduct preventative maintenance.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles to support user education and issue resolution.
- Application & Integration Support
- Manage access to applications, ensuring appropriate permissions and security.
- Provide support for existing, transitioning, and newly implemented applications.
- Collaborate with IS Applications Development to define and resolve application-related issues efficiently.
- Project Management & Vendor Coordination
- Beyond the IS division-wide communication, perform regular coordination and communication directly with all SL service-line dedicated IS employees to synchronize needs and integrate the team.
- Lead and manage IS related projects, including site equipment refreshes and technology upgrades.
- Utilize JIRA to create, manage, and maintain project boards, track progress, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Support API integrations for seamless application interoperability.
- Assist the Business Intelligence Analyst with data and system-related needs.
- Evaluate, quote, and implement hardware and software solutions for new and existing sites.
- Coordinate with vendors to standardize hardware and ensure consistent procurement practices.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the network team for infrastructure-related concerns.
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure service quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Site Acquisition, New Construction, & Onboarding
- Provide technical support during site acquisitions and new construction, including onboarding, site evaluation and quoting.
- Will serve as the acquisition ‘go-live’ lead and collaborate with the Deskside Support Manager to ensure a smooth transition.
- Ensure smooth integration of new locations into the Liberty network.
- Manage inventory of computers and peripherals across all SL sites.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, or a related field and two to five years’ experience. Appropriate experience may be substituted for education. A+ certification and ITIL Foundations Certification preferred.
- Technical Expertise
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across a variety of systems.
- Skilled in configuring, maintaining, and upgrading computer systems and software applications.
- Familiarity with computer hardware repair tools and techniques.
- Experience supporting end users both remotely and on-site.
- Basic experience in project management.
- Project & Vendor Management
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple IS projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prepare bid specifications, evaluate vendor proposals, and make informed procurement decisions.
- Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of IT solutions.
- Exhibits strong leadership and management skills while fostering collaboration across teams and departments
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong ability to assess end-user needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Capable of identifying system inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with coworkers, supervisors, and leadership teams.
- Ability to provide user training and create clear documentation for internal knowledge sharing.
- Organizational Skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Independently seeks and makes adequate use of available resources.
- Comfortable working independently as part of a cross-functional team.
- Self-motivated and actively engaged in meetings, leveraging Copilot transcription to document and share key insights with broader teams and stakeholders
