Position Overview:

Perform daily badging and credentialing operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct day-to-day badging and credentialing operations for employees, contractors, and authorized personnel
  • Process new badge requests and ensure all required documentation is completed and verified
  • Issue, renew, and deactivate identification badges in accordance with established procedures
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations, OSSI security policies, and applicable laws
  • Maintain accurate records of badge issuance, access levels, and credentialing actions
  • Verify eligibility and authorization for individuals requiring facility or system access
  • Coordinate with internal teams and security personnel to support access control requirements
  • Assist with audits and reviews of badging and credentialing processes
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on badging procedures and requirements


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1 year (minimum) experience in data entry
  • 1 year (minimum) badging experience
  • Able to work with a team
  • Customer service skills
  • Strong keyboarding skills
  • Strong data entry skills alpha and numeric
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
  • Motivated self-starter
