Job Description
Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking a Business Operations Analyst (Mid) to join our team of professionals in support of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Engineering and Logistics Directorate (SEA 05).
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
- Coordinate administrative, operational, and program management support across SEA 05 offices, leadership teams, and PMO functions.
- Monitor and manage action tracking systems, ensuring timely routing, status updates, overdue action notifications, and completion reporting.
- Analyze action item responses, correspondence, and submissions for completeness, accuracy, and proper format prior to leadership review.
- Support program and budget execution activities by reviewing funding documentation, budget submissions, amendments, and execution tracking.
- Coordinate Congressional Affairs, Public Affairs, records management, workforce planning, and office administration support functions as assigned.
- Develop and maintain workforce metrics, organizational documentation, workload analysis reports, and performance measurement tools.
- Assist with security management support including documentation tracking, compliance reviews, and coordination with security personnel.
- Draft, edit, and review technical reports, presentations, policies, procedures, and professional publications for accuracy and consistency.
- Support management reviews, audits, investigations, and leadership reporting requirements across SEA 05 functions.
- Recommend process improvements for office operations, reporting methods, administrative workflows, and program support functions.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)
Education
- Applicants must meet one of the following minimum qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED and ten (10) years of relevant experience in operational support or a related functional area; OR
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and five (5) years of relevant experience in operational support or a related functional area; OR
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Experience
- Experience providing administrative support to an individual, team, department, or group within an organization.
- Experience collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data and preparing reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials utilizing word processing, spreadsheets, or specialized software.
- Experience preparing and distributing reports or other communications on a regular schedule.
- Experiencemaintainingfiles, databases, and archives of relevant records.
- Experience screening calls and responding to or routing routine inquiries from external or internal sources using appropriate correspondence or other messaging.
- Experience scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel, and other group activities.
- Experience managing expense reporting, invoicing, office supply inventory, and other routine administrative processes.
- Ability to work under moderate supervision.
