COMPOUNDER 1ST SHIFT at Apache Mills – Calhoun, Georgia

The position requires (this is not a complete job description):

• standing, walking, lifting, bending, stooping, climbing ladders and reaching while handling material or products
• working cooperatively, courteously, and respectfully with all team members, vendors, and visitors
• performing job duties in variable weather conditions (including hot weather)
• successfully completing drug and background screenings

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

• mixing compounds in accordance with standard batch formulations
• setting-up equipment to ensure accuracy of batch formulations and necessary quantities
• assisting inventory control to ensure availability of raw materials and chemicals
• working safely around moving equipment and machinery
• inspecting product for first quality
• lifting regularly up to 50 lbs.
• rotating to other positions as business needs require
