Staff Development Coordinator / Infection Prevention Nurse
$47.00/hr + credit for experience

What You'll Do:
- Lead staff education, orientation, and ongoing training programs
- Support and coach nursing staff to improve performance and care quality
- Ensure compliance with training, regulatory, and documentation standards
- Oversee infection prevention and control program and initiatives
- Monitor infection trends, conduct audits, and implement improvements
- Provide education on infection control, safety, and best practices
- Collaborate with leadership to support quality care and regulatory compliance
What You'll Need:
- Active RN license (required)
- 1+ year of leadership or long-term care experience preferred
- Infection Control Certification or IPC training (required)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality
