Title: Training Coordinator | Reports To: Assistant Plant Manager | ||

Position Summary:
The Training Administrator will ensure that our training programs are engaging and run smoothly. The Training Administrator’s duties will include communicating with New Hires and current employees. They will be the lead role in the development and delivery of the training programs per department with the help of all department subject matter experts. The Training Administrator provides critical support as it ensures that all employees are trained and positioned for optimal effectiveness.
Essential Functions:
- Drafts, translates, and maintains training documentation
- Schedules, coordinates, tracks, and co-facilitates New Hire training
- Participate in creating, translating, and delivering training programs
- Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
- Prepare and disseminate material (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms)
- Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants
- Resolve issues as they arise onsite
- Submit reports on training activities and results
- Recommend improvements or new programs
- Ensure employees and vendors follow established policies
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities:
- Bilingual Spanish Required
- Ability to manage projects
- Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, training, HR, or related area preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
- Experience in a Training & Development role
- Adult Education or Training certificate
