Overview
The Emerging Leaders Program is a multi-year rotational program designed to develop future business leaders within Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen.
Participants gain hands-on experience across core functions of the business, building a strong understanding of how teams operate and deliver results.
This is not a passive program. You are expected to contribute in each role, develop working knowledge, and demonstrate readiness to progress through each rotation.
Responsibilities
Rotate through key business functions:
- Operations
- Inside Sales Center
- Marketing (Traditional, Events, Proximity)
- Sales
- Warehouse
- Measures
- Installation
- Service
In each rotation, you will:
- Learn and perform core responsibilities of the role.
- Work alongside teams in both office and field settings.
- Demonstrate baseline proficiency before moving forward.
Build functional knowledge across the business:
- Order workflows, scheduling, and customer coordination.
- Lead generation, appointment setting, and sales process.
- Event and proximity marketing execution.
- Inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations.
- Installation processes and job site coordination.
- Window measurement and project accuracy.
- Post-install service and customer support.
Develop leadership capability:
- Participate in team meetings and observe performance management.
- Support recruiting and interview processes.
- Learn how leaders drive results and build team culture.
Program Outcome:
- Receive ongoing feedback after each rotation.
- Build a strong understanding of how the business operates end-to-end.
- Be considered for placement into a full-time role based on performance, strengths, and business need.
Final role placement is not guaranteed and depends on performance and organizational need.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or expected before start).
- Curiosity and willingness to learn across functions.
- Ability to adapt to new environments and responsibilities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Initiative and comfort with hands-on work.
- Openness to feedback and fast learning.
- Interest in long-term leadership development.
Work Environment
- Mix of office and field work depending on rotation.
- May include evenings or weekends (sales, marketing, events).
- Some physically active work, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Occasional travel for cross-region exposure.
