How You Will Make an Impact

• Interpret technical blueprints and manufacturer specifications to ensure all installations meet high-performance standards.

• Coordinate with the Field Operations team to manage daily service routes and maintain strict project timelines.

• Document all service calls and technical findings through the provided mobile tech package for real-time reporting.

• Mentor junior technicians on-site to foster a culture of technical excellence and safety awareness.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in commercial HVAC service and repair.

• Proven proficiency in troubleshooting large-scale mechanical systems and control circuits.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a field-based environment with minimal oversight.

• Strong communication skills for interacting with commercial property managers and internal leadership.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Advanced technical training or vocational certification in HVAC/R systems.

• Experience leading service teams or mentoring apprentices in high-volume commercial settings.

• Familiarity with energy-efficient system upgrades and modern diagnostic software.
