Job Description:

Main functions: Perform troubleshooting on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical components. Perform maintenance, installation and repair work on the equipment, tooling and building that are necessary for the operation of the plant and office facilities. Fabricates, builds, and assembles new machinery. Proceeds on work assignments with minimum supervision.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must have knowledge in 480 3 phase electrical diagnosis and use of multimeter
• Must have moderate knowledge or experience with industrial hydraulics
• Must have a strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge.
• Must be able to perform in a safe and efficient manner and must comply with all safety policies and regulations.
• Must be detail-oriented and have critical thinking abilities.
• Must be able to work independently or as a team.
• Must have moderate knowledge or experience with mechanical systems, water systems and rotating equipment

Preferred:

• Moderate knowledge or experience with foundry equipment.
• 3-5 years industrial maintenance experience.
• Proficient in comprehending hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams, mechanical blueprints, and electrical schematics.
• Proficient in welding and fabrication.
• Proficient with forklifts, boom lifts, front-end loader, and scissor lift use.

• The rate is $30.00-$33.00 per hour depending on qualifications and experience with an additional yearly rate increase pending.
