Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Utilize NetSuite system to issue purchase orders, confirm purchase orders and track inventory.

* Process expense order requisitions for assigned vendors.

* Track inventory levels of packaging to assure correct ordering levels are maintained.

* Communicate with suppliers and internal customers.

* Ensure delivery schedules are kept up-to-date; record all changes.

* Maintain all records including but not limited to purchase orders, requisitions, quotations, and pricing files.

* Process returns to suppliers for non-conforming, out of the box failures and excess inventory levels.

* Assist accounting with invoicing discrepancies and unforeseen supplier issues.

* Monitor backorder and open purchase order reports and expedite accordingly.

* Work closely with receiving on unforeseen issues regarding discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracies.

* Attention to detail.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Two years' related experience preferred or a combination of education and experience.

COMPUTER SKILLS: Individual must have knowledge of NetSuite and Microsoft Office. Excel experience a must.
