Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: The Assistant Director of Imaging Services supervises, coordinates, and participates in the activities of the Imaging department to ensure that the department provides quality testing and procedure results for assisting in the evaluation and diagnosis of patient conditions. This individual serves in a supporting role to the Imaging Director by helping manage the department operations and coordinating tasks such as projects, evaluations, disciplinary actions, and personnel scheduling. This position will also be responsible for ensuring department compliance within hospital policies, regulatory agencies, and Joint Commission.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3 years of Imaging - Radiography experience
- 1 year of progressively responsible leadership experience
- Registered Technologist from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
