Client Success Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Success Manager based in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with healthcare clients while supporting the adoption of innovative digital care solutions.
You will act as a trusted partner, helping organizations maximize the value of technology that improves patient experiences and healthcare outcomes.
The position combines account management, customer education, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

Accountabilities:

The Client Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring successful partnerships through onboarding, training, adoption, and ongoing account management. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate client needs into effective solutions while collaborating with internal teams.

  • Manage client onboarding processes and ensure customers are successfully introduced to products, services, and workflows.
  • Provide ongoing account support and act as a trusted advisor throughout the client relationship.
  • Deliver training, education, and product guidance to clients and stakeholders.
  • Drive product adoption and support initiatives that increase user engagement and client value.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with healthcare partners.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare reporting insights, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot client issues, coordinate resolutions, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Patient Onboarding, Support, and internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Adapt presentations, communications, and training approaches based on client needs and audience.
  • Travel to the United States when required to support new and existing clients.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a customer-focused professional with experience managing client relationships, strong communication abilities, and an interest in healthcare technology. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, explaining complex solutions clearly, and using technology to support client success.

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within healthcare technology or a related industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts and prioritizing competing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible way.
  • Strong presentation and training skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with digital platforms and software tools.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn and support new technologies.
  • Experience in insurance, claims review, healthcare operations, or US healthcare environments is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client support.
