As a Day Program Supervisor, you will:

Provide leadership and supervision of all direct support staffComplete understanding of 2380 RegulationsPrepare monthly paperwork to include but not limited to medication logs, medication reviews, fire drills, and individual goals Assist Day Program Specialist with completion of required documentation such as Set Work notes.Completed required training and training hoursSupport individuals in goals/independence/behavior management Schedule recreational activitities Advocate for meaningful community inclusion and high-quality services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

High School Diploma or GEDExcellent Communication skillsExcellent writing and documentation skillsTeam Player

Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and climb stairs as needed. Ability to drive a vehicle and travel frequently within assigned service areas.Ability to operate standard office equipment and electronic documentation systems.Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
